Woodlands on the River is a 24-unit condominium resort on the outer edge of Red River, NM. Woodlands is a riverfront property with condos only steps away from the river. Our location provides a serene escape with convenient front-door trolley service to nearby dining, shopping, skiing, and other attractions. We offer many amenities that will make your stay memorable, as well as comfortable. No pets, please.

Heated saline swimming pool available from Memorial Day through Octoberfest and during Christmas and Spring Break, spacious meeting room known as "The Gathering Spot", board games for family fun, outdoor fire pit in the summer months, S'mores in the evening in the summer months, stocked fishing pond, and horseshoes.
